I brought back a bag of bird seed that was full of bugs. I have never had this issue. Instead of returning to the manufacturer and grant me a store credit I was told the bag was from sept but I bought it at the November party it was so hectic it didn’t go on my record so it looked like I was returning and old no good bag of seed. Was not happy with this exchange

It was the first time since the change of owner I had a friendly help. I do hope it stays this way. I have shopped at this store for decades!

These are new owners at my store and though I will continue to shop there, I sometimes feel the people working are too busy to help or to be friendly. It’s more like a fast food kind of experience than a friendly ‘your one of our regulars and we’re happy to see you’ sort of place. Maybe I expect too much because of my experience with the former owners, but the amount of time I spend in the store now is a fraction of what it was. When I visited with the old owners, they showed me their new merchandise and discussed what was coming in soon. With these owners, it’s all business and let’s get on with it. I feel rushed and like I am intruding. The result is I continue to buy seed products for the birds, but hardly know what else is in the store because I feel the employees/ owners? want me in and out fast.

Nothing really special that would make me Highly satisfied. I like the products and people but the prices are on the high side. Some things I no longer get from there because the prices is too high and I found alternatives at a more reasonable price.

The young lady behind the register was helpful. I explained I was already a member and my discount was not showing. For some reason I have 2 accounts. The representative took time to move me to the correct account and insure I have some kind of red envelope to show next time to insure I am utilizing the correct account with my membership.
