It is a very appealing store where I can easily browse for gift ideas or get suggestions for new feeding opportunities for the abundance of birds that come to my yard. If I'm rushed, as I was today, it's easy to get waited on promptly, purchase what I came for, and leave with a brief acknowledgement to the staff that I have come to know. Today I purchased a 20 lb bag of bird seed and one of the staff immediately offered to take it to my car. That was so helpful since I was in a hurry and, especially, since I have cervical issues that make it unwise to pick up a 20 lb bag. I have learned a lot about caring/feeding wildbirds by shopping at this store.

I wa Ted some suggestions on how to attract those burds

i bought a new EliminatorSquirrel Resistant Feeder and used a B’day discount and my Bird Bucks… The next day on my e- mail there was a discount offer if you brought in a used /old feeder you could trade- in for a New one w a discount. I would have used this offer and saved my B’day discount for something later…I would also think your staff would be aware of upcoming Sales/Offers ahead of a day or so before the upcoming sales. I wish if aware, Your staff would have mentioned this next day’s offer, especially since I was buying a Feeder!!

confused about where the event was being held. Poor communications on where to meet in the park for the second event.
