Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Our birds love the food. We find everything we need for our birds at the store.

Merchandise and staff

I love the quality of the no mess bird seed. I have tried other seed from elsewhere that leaves weeds under the feeder. Also, I love the service, when I was having trouble with squirrels the clerk walked me through a solution and let me put the product together with them in the store so that I knew that I was going to do it correctly when I got home. Added bonus you get doggy love when you visit the store. :)

They had what I came in to buy. The staff was helpful in recommending a slightly different product vs what I had in mind to buy. Cost is competitive with on-line.

The store is crowded hard to walk through. Prices are a bit high for bird seed if you don’t use the coupons you send out.

When I entered the store, someone immediately offered to help with what I was looking for, showed me the item, but then let me shop around until I was able to decide on the particular item. When I was ready to purchase, I had assistance from another person for additional questions because the first clerk who was helping was busy with another customer. I found that a customer service plus.

Great Service! We love purchasing seed and other bird supplies at this store. It's not near our house, but worth the trip.
