Everything-and more - needed was there. Staff is friendly and allows one to look independently, but are helpful. It has a relaxing atmosphere.

Love going into the store. There's so much great stuff to look at. You always treat me great. The birds love your food.

Saleswoman was helpful as I looked at a gift item. Showed me how strongly made item is to withstand weather and wind. Took boxed one out to show me as each item is hand made. I preferred the one on display and she immediately substituted that one for the boxed one she had brought from the back room. Also, since I was parked close by, she helped carry my merchandise to the car instead of asking me to drive to the front of the store. While I looked at gift items, she had collected my bird food items and had rung them up for me so all she needed to do to complete purchase was add the gift items. Store has very impressive items for sale besides just bird seed. I love the freeze dried 'worms' and the peanut butter balls favored by a wide variety of birds in my yard.
