They went out of their way to meet my needs. Even though they were closing, I was able to still get my order placed and pick it up in a timely manner.

It was easy to complete the transaction on the ohone. The birdseed was in stock and the matmate rug was too.

I always find the shop and staff to be helpful, smiling and optimistic, which in today's world experience is a HUGE plus!!

Ordering was easy because the store had a record of things I've ordered in the past. Without my asking, the person on the phone told me I had 'bird bucks' coming to me, and had the credit slip taped to my receipt for future use. All items were in stock, and the person on the phone was able to clearly advise me on ordering freeze dried worms at this time of year. Very satisfied with ordering and pick up.
