I asked if I had everything I needed an turned out I was missing an extension pole. Since they only were doing phone or internet ordering, they graciously took my credit card an allowed me to pay in person. When returning the card and additional item, they both were wiped down with a disinfectant wipe before handing them to me.

I've been coming to WBU for decades. I have always been pleased with the selection of bird seeds and accessories and other, interesting items. I wish I could afford to buy a whole lot more, but I can't. Just know that I am glad you're here and hope you'll get through this coronavirus crisis. Virtual hugs to you all.

Your employees are wonderful (very nice and very knowledgeable). Your selection is wonderful. I recommend it to anyone who needs to buy a gift. Your prices are reasonable. Your free repair was excellent. Squirrels messed up 2 of our feeders. You repaired both of them. My squirrels are pretty aggressive, but now they just shake their little fists at us and give up.
