Was a bit skeptical about not being allowed to shop in the store. Luckily, I knew what I was looking for and you had them moved to the window. The lady that helped me was so kind and wonderful. Loved her gift wrapping! I bought the solar dragon flies for a sympathy gift. My friend loved it and it'll give her a special remembrance of her step mother. Thank you!

I dealt with Shelly who is always smiling, friendly and helpful. Your bookkeeping system keeps me on track to buy the things I like the most without my having to remember them! (I blend the birdseed to make a custom-blend.) Bird Bucks are great!

Ordering via phone was very easy. Staff person on the phone was courteous and professional. He had to look up the product I typically purchase in my history to ensure I bought the right product. Pick-up was simple.

Service is great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ordered on line and was ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Can’t wait for them to open store back up so I can browse all the lovely things I can see thru the windows.
