This was my third phone order and curbside pickup experience since Covid 19 chaos. My order was quickly taken when I called and bird bucks were deducted accurately. I didn’t even need to call when I pulled up to the curb because they came right out to ask my name.

Your curbside pick up service is great! So many stores offer it and at other store brands such as Home Depot it doesn't work well. WBU was friendly, timely, and got the order correct, thank you.

I bought a new feeder and 2 seed trays. My old feeder tube had a hole in it that I bought years ago from them. They fixed it plus painted the top green as almost all the paint had been scratched off by the birds. WOW - they went the extra mile! Great customer service. Will be glad to see them open the store for walk-in service. Thanks so much.
