Preston helped us out and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about birds and helped us find a hummingbird feeder upgrade. Our previous one was leaky and had gotten moldy, and he told us how to prevent or fix that with the new one. It was awesome chatting with him about different backyard birds. The other two employees were also nice! I got some tips from a different employee on how to attract Eastern bluebirds. :) Overall really nice, lovely atmosphere -- you have a great staff! Keep it up!

You always have the seed in stock and picking up curbside is so easy! Thanks for doing that. I can't wait to get back into the store though--for Christmas shopping!

The store is organized very well and has plenty of product selection. It is clean and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It is a great place to shop for bird feeding items and gift ideas.

The staff was incredibly helpful and so so friendly. Knowledgeable in all products and assisted me with purchasing and learning about the birds and items for them.
