Zack took the order and I had a million questions because I wasn't buying the usual stuff. He was very helpful, and asked someone else if he wasn't sure of what he was telling me. Shelley brought the order out with help from a young man. They loaded up my huge order in record time, and I didn't even have to call to let them know I had arrived. They were looking for my white van. The only reason I hope not to have to order for a while is that I bought plenty of food to last several months. I make my own mixes, so I vary my order by the type of birds I have more of in different seasons. Right now, bluebirds are back at the feeders, and I know they love peanut butter bits.
