Pleasant experience

I called the store, explained what I wanted, went to pick it up curbside, and it was delivered to my trunk immediately.

I appreciated the salesperson giving me information about suet varieties and then helping me choose several to try. Pickup was very smooth and easy. I like that the staff member wore a mask even though all he was doing was putting seed into my car. I’ve been feeding WBU no mess blend for a long time and it brings so many birds!

Lots to choose from in gift items and wonderful cards. When an item I purchased was accidentally not brought to my vehicle, I got a phone call and text about it - and was only at Kroger next door, so it was no problem coming back. Thanks for being there for me and my outside birds

WE had a wonderful experience and bought 1 feeder, a bird bath and 4 types of bird food for our other feeders. We have always had some birds in the past but they had mostly moved over to our neighbor's house who is also a customer of your store. She recommended we visit you. The great news is the birds came within 24 hours and we are delighted with the results of our visit. The birds also liked the Christmas bird food that you gave us.
