The store is a very pleasant shopping venue and the staff are always attentative and knowlegeable. They greet you as soon as you step into the store, and they are eager to assist, without being overbearing or pushy to make a sale. One of the owners is often there, and they insure that your shopping or browsing experience is a nice one. Sometimes, my wife and I just like to walk in and spend time wandering through the store. Jackie, Andy, and the staff wlecome it, and they take the time to engage in a chat. We don't go anywhere else to get our bird supplies.
