I've been coming to this store for many years and the service, staff, merc g Andis we is always available. Staff goes above and beyond every visit. I love this store.

It was 6:15 the store was closed but they were inside. I was looking in through the window for something I saw the day before and they came to the door. I asked about the cost...told them I wanted to buy it...they opened up and gave me what it was I was wanted, I gave them my drivers license and credit card info. They called me the next day, did the transaction over the phone and all went smooth. They were so awesome. That is what I call customer service.

Store personnel helped me tailor a feed station for my new deck with wrought iron railing. They were quite creative.

This store is always clean and attractively arranged, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about birds and the items in the store. This store has lovely gift items as well.

This is my favorite location of WBU! The people are always friendly and incredibly helpful! The new owner of the Alpharetta location is just as lovely as the last one. I will definitely be back! Soon!
