The gentleman that helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful. He went out of his way to package some delicate items very carefully. The selection of merchandise was terrific and I found lots of gifts and items for myself as well. I loved it!

Was allowed to browse at my pace & ask questions as needed. Staff responded swiftly, knowledgably and respectfully. Staff cheerful, helpful ... and made great suggestions. Wild Birds shopping is always an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Gals and Guys! :-)

There was a good selection of bird food, feeder styles, & gift items. I needed something in all of those categories. And, I was even able to get a beautiful birthday card. The staff is friendly, knows their products well. provided helpful suggestions.

This store is always clean and the merchandise is beautifully arranged and attractive. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and will find an answer to one's question if they don't already know the answer! If I have a big or heavy order, I can drive to the front of the store and they will load it into my car for me. The staff is very responsive to any questions over the phone if you call the store! I love shopping here and have been a customer for many years.
