My order was ready for pickup as ordered and my question was answered, a demonstration of the repair technique was very helpful and a needed accessory was available and fairly priced.

They offer support for products I have purchased such as the heated bird bath and a hanging feeder bent by squirrels.

The store has a great variety of products for birds and birders. The atmosphere is positive and the staff always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
