The merchandise is fresh. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have found the seed and suet are a good value as the birds love it and there is no waste. I tried purchasing seed and suet from big box stores and the birds do not eat it so that is a waste of money and merchandise

The owners are bird experts and are always willing to graciously answer the many questions I ask, are very friendly and efficient, have my huge order ready very quickly, snd even insist on carrying it to my car!
