I have been in the store on several occasions, and everyone is always very polite and helpful. I got a hummingbird feeder last week and my little hummingbird has found the feeder and is enjoying it.

I went to this store in Collegeville, PA for a Zeiss representative & presentation on Binoculars & Scopes. This store is not very close to where I live but I needed a good pair of binoculars and was impressed with the Zeiss binoculars I had tried from other birders. It was such a great experience, the workers/owners in the store were so wonderful with the drinks & snacks and any info I might need. The Zeiss Representative Rich was also great, I took many pairs outside to check out. I waited a short time for the Fedex truck to delivery the binocular supplies & bought the pair I had picked out. I have used then for approx a week now & an very happy with them.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and just a great experience! we were so impressed, we went back today for info and purchased a Hummingbird feeder and supplies. We consider this a fun visit!

Chris and Betsi are fantastic and always have been. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, every time. I arrived last visit at 3 minutes past closing but Chris called me back as I was walking away. I was desperate for No Mess so I bought two bags and 8 suets. And I love talking birds when there!
