I'm a returning customer. The quality of the merchandise and the extreme friendliness of the staff keep me coming back (loyalty rewards help too!). I primarily come in for bird food refills, but I always see what else is new, and I never skip the sale table! Did I mention the friendliness of the staff?! ;-)

I received a bird feeder as a gift and needed help mounting it. I took it to the store and the staff jumped in immediately to find a solution! The bluebird pole wasn't in stock that day but they took my phone number and called me as soon as it came in. When I arrived to purchase it they helped me select seed and answered several more of my questions. I will be shopping here again for sure!
