Appreciate the option to have curbside pickup so I did not have to come into the store. Also convenient location as I shop at Wegmans and could pick up the birdfood. I like supporting the local store and feel like the quality of bird food there is a better than other locations.

The knowledge of the staff. The friendliness of the staff and thy're not thinking my questions stupid. The quickness of service and checkout including helping me to my vehicle with my purchases.

My birds and I were so sad when I could not find the seed we like. When I googled and found your place, I was there the same day. WAs so happy to find a bird store that has everyting to make us happy...no more mess, just great shellled sunflower. LOve your club and loved the owner who was so friendly...one of my best days in these trying times!!!

Betsi was very helpful in explaining our options and describing the advanced pole system. She was patient while we selected our options. Additionally, we received help from another staff member as we carried our many purchases to the car. We felt welcomed and encouraged to look around and ask questions. We will definitely be back to WBU!
