I felt rushed, as I have on previous visits. I wanted to take my time and look at everything in the store but I felt like the person was ringing up my purchases too quickly.

Placed bird seed order for delivery. Two days later it was canceled with no explanation. Called the store to understand why the order was placed. Left message, but call was not returned. Drove by the store two days later when it was supposed to be open. It was closed. There was an explanation posted on the door that no seed was in stock. An explanation with the canceled order e-mail notice would have changed my review significantly. I really like WBU and the products, but the handling of this situation was very poor.

I did not hit not satisfied It wall all great love going in to get help like they are old fiends and answer all bird questions I have. The best store . Worth the money for quality.

The items that I bought arrive by mail in one day. It was such a pleasure talking to the staff/owner. It’s a great shop.
