Great store and great manager! I forgot his name but he is always so friendly and his knowledge is over the top! I always look forward to see him.

I have shopped there for a number of years and always find what I am looking for and more.

The owners are always ready to help me find what I need. They are completely knowledgeable about anything I may inquire about the store or birds in general. It’s a trip I always look forward to, going to WBU, never pressured to buy. Love expanding my knowledge thru WBU staff.

The manager, Bob, called to let me know that one item I ordered was out-of-stock. He gave me a couple of alternatives to chose from, which were just fine. Because this held the order up a bit, he drove to my home and delivered the items!! And I live 30 minutes from the store! That is customer service above and beyond.
