For several years we have purchased our bird feeders exclusively from WBU - relying mainly on the expertise of the person in the store. There is not one single feeder we have purchased that we have not had problems with... either replacement parts are not available, you no longer make that style of feeder, to the tube feeder that the seeds sit in and become bug infested or rancid because the birds cannot reach the seed. The one tube feeder we have we are ready to trash can it and it was the latest one we purchased. It is a disgusting product and I have to clean it every time it gets low on seed. Not the stores fault even tho they should know these feeders are awful or replacement parts need to be on hand... but it is WBUs fault. We will purchase lesser expensive feeders from feed stores.

Always find great items and Bob and Mona are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Increased price of product (I only came in because I had a 20% off coupon).

Sales person seemed disinterested in giving information. First time in store hoped to get more information on bluebird habitat. Got what to feed but not much else

I felt sorry for the store owner as he’s been unable to get his product in. They were out of the food I wanted but he did his best to substitute. The birds don’t like it as much but at least the squirrels won’t eat it. Otherwise I’m always satisfied with this store.

I still feel rushed when I go in. I would like to browse around and possibly buy more stuff but I feel like I’m being rushed to finish. I know they don’t mean to rush me out of the store. They are being very helpful and speedy but I want to take my time and look around. I’d probably buy more.
