The two owners are extremely knowledgeble and very friendly/helpful. We are new bird watchers/feeders, and it was important to us that we not feel like we don't know enough. We left educated with our first steps, yet not overwhelmed. We know we will enjoy returning to the store regularly for seminars, products, and more help. Excellent first experience. Thank you!

The owners are extremely friendly and always available for assistance. The store is well stocked with items for all levels of birding enthusiasts. The store itself was clean and well maintained.

Staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. The product we were there to buy was readily available. I found a tag on an item that was strangely printed backwards (!) which I shared with the salesclerk, and we enjoyed a good laugh.

Merchandise I was looking for was available in the quantities I required. The clerk was pleasant and knowledgeable. The shop was close to my residence.
