I had purchased a water wiggler in the San Antonio store and discovered it would not work in my bird bath due to the depth of the bowl. I brought it to the Katy store and Bob explained that the stores are not linked due to individual ownership but he was willing to help me and I was able to exchange it for some other items. Bob was very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and I’ve already spread the word about his store.

Bob shares his knowledge of all things birds. We have been to several ‘guest’ presentations And found them fun and informative. Glad we have WBU here in Katy, Texas.
