The staff was great in explaining the different bird feeders. I am a first time buyer so I had a lot of questions which they answered every one of them. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

The store has a great selection of varies items for birds and squirrels. The woman that was working was very nice and helpful. She wasn't pushy, but gave us plenty of information to help us figure out the perfect gift.

I was able to discuss my issue with my bit feeder. The gentleman gave me some suggestions. He knew what I needed and made further suggestions about how to solve my issues with squirrels and rats eating my birdseed!
