The owner is so helpful and answered all my questions and made great suggestions.

Store was well stocked and displayed. Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Employees went above and beyond expectations in explaining how to become a seasoned bird feeder.

My husband and I were very pleased with the lady who helped us (I believe she is the owner). Anyway, she was super helpful and friendly and made us feel at ease to browse freely. She was also very knowledgeable about birds' merchandise and full of information, which was really appreciated since we are new to the hobby of birds.

I found both owners to be knowledgeable about their products and helpful in finding what I was looking for. They were welcoming and very friendly. Since I was buying a gift, they offered to wrap my gift for me. I was impressed with the products in the store and look forward to shopping there when I have more time to look around.
