I recently moved and checked with both WBU stores in my new area. I contacted Bob to see if he had the Bird waterer I was looking for and not only did he have it but he remembered that I had bought the same product six months ago. With a very dry summer I was constantly filling the jar. Now I have two. Bob and the store in Katy have the best selection and also very knowledgeable.

I enjoy shopping at this WBU because the staff is personable, remembers your name and is very knowledgeable when it comes to making suggestions for products.

The guarantee for the bird feeder and service and instructions given were very satisfactory.

I totally enjoy shopping at WBU. A real place with great advice, so preferable to online shopping.

The quality of the merchandise is exceptional. I love the smell of the birdseed! I got some hummingbird feeders and they are so easy to clean as well as hummingbird friendly. The store manager is so friendly and knowledgeable. I learn something new every time I go in.
