Bob Hoefer was so helpful, he shared his expertise on the best feeder & food. He answered all my questions giving me a wonderful customer experience. I will be doing all me feeder shopping with him. I appreciate all his time & expertise.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The bird food we needed was in stock. They even offered to take everything to our car for us.
