I first asked Ryan about repairing two of my feeders..he was so nice and helpful and encouraged me to bring both in and he would take a look. Elizabeth talked to me additional foods for finches... such a great store!

the staff were helpful. They had an open house that day and there was coffee and donuts and I filled out a ballot for a door prize and received a call the next day that I had won a beautiful book about backyard birdfeeding!

On the day we visited it was an open appreciation day and a wild bird show was taking place. The store was quite busy and we could not get to the items we wanted to look at. Wallace offered to get all the items we wanted to look at, and explained all facets of the products in great detail. He also helped carry all the purchases out to our vehicle. What a pleasant polite gentleman. Must also say that the quality of items are second to none. The old saying you get what you pay for, apply to these items. Thanks for a great shopping experience….
