Store is always super clean and organized. Everything is displayed beautifully This visit they were out of sunflower chips, but they were informative about when it would be restocked.

I spoke with Kathy/Cathy re purchase of birdreel feeder. She answered questions. Shared her experience and was easy to deal with.

My first visit I bought hardware to attach birdfeeders to the railing on my deck. When I got home, I realized that this wouldn't work with my particular deck. I took my items back and the sales staff helped me "build" two new bird feeder systems. My original purchase was refunded and I paid the difference. It was so easy and painless and everyone was so helpful.

I walked into the store with a rough idea what I wanted. Kathy was the lady l spoke too. Just to give my wishes and get some knowledge about the feeders and stands. I wanted to have something special and that is exactly what I purchased. I could never justify spending the money on bird feeders and the food. I spent $499. I will send pictures of the before and after.

The store is well laid out. The staff are extremely helpful without being pushy. The quality of all products is second to none. Since purchasing a goldfinch feeder I have been rewarded with many goldfinches flocking to the feeder and it’s been really lovely. I’ve bought a similar feeder from another store along with Niger seed and I got no birds at that feeder!
