I went in there and bought a pole set up for my husbands 75th bday. I didn’t have any idea about how it worked and I left with the set up and excited about the add on possibilities. I took my husband in after his birthday and we bought some accessories! It was fun and we learned a lot. We also learned that the hummingbirds will be here soon! It’s fun to be with like minded people and birds are such a gift from God!!!

My sales clerk was very pleasant and offered great suggestions to meet my needs. He listened to me describe what I needed and was able to provide the appropriate items.

The store carries the finch food I like to use and I was in and out of the store quickly

I love going into the New Bern store when I am in town for medical treatment....it is my reward to myself for good check-up:-)....luckily the birds benefit also!.....The owner is so friendly and chatty....I love that and always learn something new.....She is a really wonderful person and so upbeat and encouraging!

LOVE this WBU! We do not live in the area of this store, so I stock up whenever I go, every 3 months. I left the local store because of all the things I rated this store "highly satisfied", were lacking at my local store. So we just make a trip to New Bern every 3 months and I stock, there. It is well run, well stocked, nice people and always have what I'm looking for! Just went last week and will be back in 3 minths 😊 they also have great gift ideas!
