They had everything I needed, and were very knowledgeable about the questions I asked.

I am always helped with my questions by who ever is working. Have always had my questions answered. I am some what new to what birds need and the people are always helpful to tell me info. My last visit the employee said that I should get the nesting feed that goes on the feeder that holds round seed tubes instead of the one that I was buying that day. Love the pole system that I got there and have added 2 arms to it and am planning to get another pole system soon. The store is wonderful.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is well stocked. I go there for supplies at least once a month.

There was another older lady in the store when I dashed in to purchase a gift card, with little time to waste. The young man at the counter could see that the previous client was in no hurry (and that I was) and was so polite trying to assist her with her purchase. She had no idea he was hurrying her along so he could assist me. Such a beautiful selection. I purchased two other items I did not even go in for!
