When I couldn't pick up my merchandise on the day I called, staff said they would hold it at the counter and I could come when convenient. I picked it up the next day and received very friendly and knowledgeable service. I always enjoy shopping the excellent products in the store and found the perfect gift for an elderly neighbor who loves cats AND birds!

Every staff member I have dealt with is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They always offer to help take my merchandise to my car.
