Greeted when I came in. Asked what I was interested in…took me to site and picked it up for me and took to register

I have been a customer for many years. I was concerned when the store changed ownership that I would be disappointed of the knowledge and friendliness. I of the staff. That the variety of selection of the products would change as well as the quality. I am very pleased that I was worried for no reason. Everyone has been wonderful and knowledgeable and the products are the high standard I have been used to. I do miss seeing the old owners but am happy for them as well. I am also thrilled that Callie is still part of the family and official greeter!

Store had what we were looking for. Staff is knowledgeable

The lady that checked me out was very friendly and even offered to help me carry my bags to the car! Plus, Callie the cat, was so friendly and was just an extra bonus!!!

It had a wide variety of bird products. Interesting selections, nice displays. Found items there that I could not find elsewhere. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will be visiting again as soon as possible (even though the store is an hour's drive from my home).

The display of items is very attractive, interesting and inviting. Love discovering new things. Love the small business atmosphere - friendly, knowledgable staff, unique inventory.

The owner is very knowledgeable. There is no pressure to buy his recommendations. I travel an hour to come to this store, that is how good they are!
