The man (one of the owners) is highly knowledgeable. He’s friendly and willing to give tips for attracting birds. He made product suggestions. He’s clearly interested in helping customers to the best of his ability, which is outstanding.

The fresh bird seed is better than any competitors, the quality is high and there's very little waste. Staff is knowledgeable and always extremely helpful and friendly! A pleasure to shop here every time.
