Have always shopping here. I was so sorry to hear the mother had passed away. Her and her son have done great with the store. Her son knows so much. I hope he continues on with the store. My husband and I have been helped a lot with his knowledge.

I really love the birdseed we purchase at this store -and love being assisted by Caldwell. He is so informed about the different selections as well as the different species of birds. He also gave me some great tips about taking care of our squirrels and keeping them away from the bird feeders. He is also very personable.

Caldwell always gives me new bird info and is very sweet. He aims to please and is very good with clients. I feel he should be able to keep this store. His Mom worked hard to provide for him in her passing.

The staff is always very friendly. Whenever we have a question, they are very quick with an appropriate and knowledgeable response. They always tell us about their newest merchandise. We love visiting and talking with the staff. We are always pleased with the products they offer, and typically make a purchase then. Also, the location is easy to get in and out very easily. Several of our friends shop there as well. Caldwell is a very friendly person, as was his dear mother who recently passed away. We hope that his store will be there for a long time so we can find out what’s new and talk with our dear old bird friends.

the gentleman who waited on us was the one who waited on me before. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in our group really enjoyed the visit to the store.

Always has inventory and knowledgeable staff

Because I alway look forward to my visits there. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their merchandise. They are helpful with suggestions what to offer the wild birds in our area. We usually share stories what’s happening in our yards.

The sales associate was very friendly and offered to carry my purchase.
