I had a 20% off coupon associated with my birthday. I tried to use it, but was told to return another time because I had renewed my Seed Membership program and was told it would be like "giving it away" if I used the birthday coupon. Told, come back another time. So, I returned and was given another excuse why I couldn't use the coupon because the seed as already on sale. Confusing coupon or promotion if it can't ever be used. Maybe state clearly on the coupon that it's not good towards seed????

Online order experience was difficult. WBU system became unresponsive during ordring process, requiring starting over. Once ordering just a gift card, it was not clear if I could have it simply mailed (without a delivery charge) or even picked up without a delivery charge. It worked out ok for pickup with no charge (mind you, for a gift card), although it would have been better for us to have the card simply mailed to the recipient (a future purchase from your store afterall), so that person would not have to appear a the store just to get the gift! Moreover, it was not clear until the end of the "process" that there would be no handling/service fee for my purchase of this gift card. I think you can do much better.

I was waiting to check out with one person in front of me who asked a question of the clerk. I had 2 screws and Instead of pointing out the direction of the item, the person in front of me was looking for and telling them that they’d be right with her and checking me out with my two items. They proceeded to walk across the store with her and discuss bird baths for 10 minutes while I waited. if I hadn’t specifically needed these items I would’ve left, but instead waited, and another clerk finally came from the back room and checked me out

A Niger feeder was recommended by your staff and I have had nothing but problems with it plugging up do to the size of the openings. This is frustrating for the birds and very high maintenance for me. Thus I returned it and bought one with a larger opening for your regular sale price of 15% off. Still overpriced in my mind. The staff seemed very disinterested in my feedback but only said, oh, this is one of our best sellers. Probably because your customers trust in your recommendations. Plus, I am VERY tired of your birdseed bags leaking all over my trunk. And when I complained about that, the staff said, yes, that is a problem with our bags, but there is nothing we can do about it.

Called to order items for outside pick up. Took my order and then I drove one way 22 miles to pickup order. When I got there they told me they did not have my item in stock. Clerk suggested I come back tomorrow and they should have item in stock.

Shazia slammed and tripped me and acknowledged full responsibility, but when following up legitimately to be sure my file had gone to their insurer to help with my concussion, etc., Bob's manner was uncaring and unkind. He never asked how I was; he told me "henceforth" not to talk to staff about an injury that was entirely their fault for blocking the only entry/exit. A sign appeared on the door that had not been there before about not any longer allowing pets for "safety reasons." Obviously, he developed a false narrative about my injury being my dog's fault (NOT). Afraid of a premium increase? Treat a long time valued customer like a troublemaker. THEN they may make trouble they did not intend to make. You can drive people to do things they don't want to do. For shame, Bob Ross, for your lack of compassion. Guess what kind of Christmas I am having with a head concussion?

The quality of your products is second to none! The staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. A staff member helped us load the seed into our car also which was a bonus! I only wish you still had a location on the east side, where I live. Thank you for everything!!
