Staff is always friendly and they always help with carrying out the seed I purchase. This s very important to me.

The staff are always friendly and ask if I need help, Offer to help me carry my purchase to my car. If there is not something in the shelves I am looking for they always go and check to see if there is some in the back and if so they bring it to me!

I renewed my annual membership and received a discount on the spot of the items I purchased that plus I received a complimentary chickadee coffee cup!!!

I am highly satisfied because the staff are always knowledgeable, there is a large array of merchandise, and the staff are very friendly. It also helps that it is quite close to my house!
