Often have problems finding items in stock, but with it being summer and quarantine ending, I understand how hard it probably is to keep everything in stock with everyone out shopping again, etc. Would be nice if this location had online ordering, otherwise if I need to order online I use the Janesville store. Otherwise an absolutely fabulous store and staff! :)

Would like this store to be open later so I don't have to take time off work to pick up items. Also would like to be able to enter the store without wearing a mask.

Store hours are too limited. Not open until 10 am and close at 4 pm. Some of your customers work during those hours and would appreciate a couple of evenings until 7 pm. And not everyone has the weekend free to shop

The women at the check out, who I am told is part owner, was very rude to me. I don't wish to engage with her again. The rest of the employees, are amazing, which is why I will still come back.

It just seemed odd that the associate asked me if I was a Daily Savings Club member?? I have been shopping here for seven years, bought bird feeders, lawn ornaments, gifts, bird seed regularly, attended a couple programs and I have never heard about being a Savings Club member before! Just think of the savings I could have had if someone had asked me on one of my first visits in 2017!! Lois Harr

The staff person who typically is there when I visit is not friendly, doesn't smile or act at all interested. A smile and a hello can go a long way
