Looking for knit socks that were previously in the store.

The last sales person I had did not seem as helpful and knowledgeable as all previous sales help I’ve had. I usually only have superlatives for your store. I’ve never met this sales person before. Maybe new or off day?

I had to wait a little while for help, 2 employees behind the counter too busy chatting and not aware of customers!

No sunflower meats for a couple of weeks!

Pricing is quite high for products

Wish someone would have asked if i needed help picking out seed. I had questions.

WBU seed costs more, but I always felt that the quality made it worth the price, particularly with the white safflower seed. Unfortunately, the WBU safflower seed has looked like it is of increasingly lower quality the past few times I’ve gotten it—this time was the worst yet. The seed looked really dark and was liberally mixed with “small sticks” material. I will likely look around at other stores’ seed quality to compare before purchasing any more from WBU.

I guess due to the pandemic, there are shortages of supply
