Limited availability of variety of HOT seed large cylinders. When I buy the 4 large cylinders, I prefer 4 different kinds. I understand supply problems may be an uncontrollable issue, so I made do.

I think it was more me than the store. It was a little busy, so it seemed like I had to wait a long time for service.

I am a year member and don't believe I received the discount on my order. The invoice I received is not detailed but when I add it up..... I don't feel the discount was taken off. I have tried to call several times and never get a live person. I was excited when you finally offered shipping because it's hard for me to get to the west side.

The seed was really expensive. I love birds and want to keep my feeders, but I financially can’t keep up (or maybe just not with seed from WBU at least).

I had questions regarding a bird feeder purchased last year. Staff person was not friendly or particularly helpful.

Employees were friendly and helpful, but when I pointed that the ticket price on one item was $2 more than the shelf price the cashier still charged me the higher price. Specifically, the big sign - which the cashier could see - said the item was $12.99 but the sticker said $14.99. He said they are raising the price so will need to update the sign, but still charged me the $14.99. Every other time I have had that happen at other stores, they apologize for the discrepancy and charge the price on the sign. That would have been the right thing to do here, too.
