I think there could be more bird seed varieties and for different sized feeders. Would like east side Madison store and open on Sundays.

Price increases, sometimes there are branches or other debris in black sunflower seeds

They were out of the product I came in to purchase- I wish they kept more in stock.

Bird seed is very expensive so limited to what we purchased. Wish the store was open on Sundays.

There were computer issues delaying checkout. I also have to make a special trip as there’s only a single store on the other side of town, so finding time to go can be challenge as this isn’t a quick errand I can run

The item I normally order is again out of stock. I need help on how to apply points towards online purchases as I live too far away to make in store purchase every time..

I wanted to stock up on the Naturally Nuts suet cylinders. I could not find them and when I asked, I was told they are no longer being made. That is super disappointing since I use them daily and find that it appeals to all types of birds. The other nut options are messy, and the birds don't like the feeder method as well. I am totally sold on cylinders. Is there any way to order them?
