I received a birthday coupon that apparently only applies to items I'm not interested in purchasing. Since, as a member, I receive a discount on the bird food I make a special trip to be able to purchase, I'm unable to use my birthday coupon on the food. There really isn't anything more I'm interested in purchasing, therefore, the coupon is functionally useless.

I had had a membership with my now-closed WBU and didn't have a way to use that membership at your site. I figured the stores were individually owned and there was no sharing of information.

The plastic suction cup bird feeder I purchased was quite expensive and there is a serious design flaw that renders it useless. The seed tray just sits on the plastic house instead of sliding into place between 2 runners like my old one did. As a result squirrels just tip the tray out of the house and onto the ground whenever I refill it.

I wish I could bring back an old empty bird seed bag and get it filled. I wish you sold bulk seed that way. I am so sick of accumulating these thick plastic bags that really have no way that I know of to be properly recycled. Your store clerk suggested that I buy another plastic container from your store and bring that back to be refilled. That defeats the point. You could have a scale to weigh my container and simply charge me for bulk seed. There are a number of ways to sell bulk seed. Cooperatives do it. Some even have self service so you do not need to waste clerks" valuable time.

I LOVE your store! It's just that some types of feeders are never available. I understand that you don't have the space nor the margins to stock every type and shape that exists, but there are only a few types, and one or two sizes/colors, and that's it. I would buy more and more often if there were more diversity. For example, there are only 2 sizes and types of trays. There is only one size of the plexiglas umbrella, and only one color.

The heated bird bath I bought seemed expensive for the quality level.

Gotten too expensive like everywhere. I love the choices and the freshness and in bags that are manageable for this weak old lady / thank you

It's just out of my way & I have to plan a special trip. Also, I think everything is great & meets my expectations. When I've needed assistance from staff they're outstanding, but I don't always need their help as I didn't on this particular trip.

My mother and I were in there, wondering which no mess bird seed we should get, and the lady that we asked was rude on telling us about it. Then she was at the register and being a little mean with my mother that had dementia and didn’t know what she was saying. When I piped up, she rolled her eyes very bad customer service.

Bird seeds not always in stock.
