Sometimes I come in just to browse at the amazing array of bird related merchandise. I love the art for walls and gardens and the lovely cards. The service is always great and friendly. Great store! My favorite in Madison!

Staff are always nice, and knowledgeable - and if they don't know something, they ask, rather than make up an answer. Product selection generally good.

The products (bird food & Feeders) are better than other places. My sister who bought some overstock of bird food (20lb bags) was impressed it was "so clean!" I've taken advantage of the lifetime warranty on Wild Bird feeders as well. Not often, but enough to remember they're worth purchasing.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Willingly returned a bird bath item that would not work for us and guided us into a better choice for our situation.
