It was just what i wanted Perfect.

Everyone was so friendly and we got what we wanted.

I have been a customer there for years. The staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful. Once, before the pandemic, I was running errands with my adult son in tow. We had a discussion later, comparing the service we received at another local, independently owned store and your WBU store. I had been annoyed at the other store that the young man who checked us out seemed "checked out." No personal interaction, no response to an anecdote I had shared, no eye contact. At YOUR store, while we were looking at something, a staff person offered to answer questions and was really engaged. My son commented that one difference he noticed was that your employee really seemed into the "mission," as evidenced by her bird tattoo that he had noticed. So, yes. I'll be back, and I'll recommend you. I really do appreciate the "stuff," what I learn about birds, and the friendly, knowledgable staff.

I was attempting to return a broken large Legacy Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder and replace it for your annual discount on another one. Unfortunately, you did not have any of the large ones available. The woman who places orders for the store was able to replace parts of the feeder to make it work again- - good as new, and at no charge. I was very pleased with my newly working bird feeder.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The store is colorful and a joy to go in and shop. The selection of merchandise is overwhelmingly large and diverse. I love going in there and always leave with a smile.

We love the store and the staff in the store. They are very friendly and helpful. With the Covid situation, we are spending a lot more time at home, and watching the birds at our new bird feeders is very enjoyable.
