We love the friendly, knowledgeable staff. The prices are a little higher than online, but it’s worth it to know that we’re supporting a local business, not to mention that the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff makes us confident that we’re buying the correct things.

Because Bill knows this area and supports wildlife both in the store and personally. Staff there are good listeners and seek help from other staff if they don’t know the answer.

Owner was there and he explained everything about how to get the installation done so that I could get it up and working on the first attempt so I didn’t need to use a trial and error method. Thanks for your help and it’s working wonderfully.
