The friendliness of everybody and the knowledge of everybody. I asked a question on which birdseed I got last and the girl went, looked me up and told me which one it was. That is customer service. Thank you.

Easy in, easy out. They looked up which seed I bought previously and showed me where to get it. Signed up for the membership but was not told about the $25 fee until after I agreed to join and as rung up and paid. My decision was based on the discount and how much I spend in a year.

I joined as a member and so am eligible for discounts/rewards. The staff is always keeping an eye out to see if I need some help., is friendly and knowledgable, and makes shopping there a pleasure. The selection of No Mess seed mix can't be matched at other stores.

The owner spent a considerable amount of time discussing a problem with WBU's feeder construction when a metal cage is attached. He also fixed two broken feeders that sheared off the two plastic support pins because of the weight of the metal cage bottom.
