They had the seed that I wanted. I renewed my membership and received a new bird cup! So nice for them to have that. I don't think I'll be back within 60 days because I probably won't need more seed during that time.

Great selectIon of quality products and knowledgeable and friendly staff

The store is rarely out of anything I need/want, but if they are (as was the case on a recent visit when I wanted a particular feeder in a particular size) they are very helpful in ordering the out-of-stock item and getting it to me as quickly as possible. Seed is always high-quality and fresh.

The staff are always amazing. The are friendly, eager to help, and amazing knowledgeable. Prices are clearly marked, and merchandise is always in stock. Checkout speed is excellent.

Rachel at Old Sauk Road store Middleton has been fantastic. She knows tons of stuff, showed me feeders I had missed and talked pros and cons from her using them.

Glad to get safflower seed again. And bird house portal protectors.

Availability of products that I needed

My visit was short and satisfying. I was able to get in and out and get everything I was looking for, except Bark Butter cylinder.

The first person I talked to didn't know the answer but took me to someone who did! Very willing to help me.
