When I go to the store I usually know exactly what I need without help. This was my first visit and I needed help. The person who helped me didn’t try to upsell me and answered all of my questions. I needed recommendations on a feeder that would attract larger birds because cardinals were having a difficult time crunching to west out of the feeders that were gifted to me.

Wild Birds Unlimited has items that can't be found in big box stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I can find everything that I need there. I don't get in there often but I love my visits!

Came in looking for a new feeder. A sales person showed me what was on sale. This helped me make an informed purchase!
