All employees are highly knowledgeable when it comes to birds, feeders, and food. They are so eager to assist you. If they don't know the answer, they will ask another employee so you are always receiving correct information. As a bonus, they have quality zigsaw puzzles which I have purchased many.

I love going into the store and hearing the birds chirping and seeing all the birds in the courtyard outside.

This is my go to store for bird seed. While I could probably find cheaper seed elsewhere or closer to home, the seed quality is never an issue here. the staff is knowledgable too.

I have been shopping at WBU since it first opened in Madison. Just stopping in, browsing , watching the bird cams, and sharing bird watching stories can brighten my day. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The quality of the bird feed and feeders is first rate. In addition they offer good wildlife books, kids books,and field guides, and binoculars. The shop for garden decor, bird baths, cards, and art is excellent!
